1. All employees are required to wear masks at all times.
2. All customers must wear masks when not eating or drinking.
3. All tables are are least 6 feet apart.
4. Floors are marked to indicate 6 feet social distancing
5. All touch surfaces are sanitized at least every hour even when not touched.
6. Hand sanitizer bottles are located throughout the brewery tap room.
7. Reservations are required to prevent over crowding.
8. The HVAC system has been upgraded to a bipolar ionization unit that has been shown in recent studies to kill 99.9% of bacteria, mold, and viruses including a 99.4% effective rate at killing the Covid-19 virus.
9. The HVAC system turns over the building air every 30 minutes.
