The Place To Unwind

3rd Act Brewery is the brainchild of Steve and Deb Long. It just happens that this is the 3rd career for both Steve and Deb. Steve had two successful stints in two different Fortune 500 companies and Deb had one career in marketing for a Fortune 500 firm and then started her own printing brokerage business. When it came time for the third adventure, both thought that a brewery would be just right since Steve has been brewing beer for over 30 years and is a graduate of the Dakota County Technical College Brewing and Beer Steward Technology program.

Enjoy the freshest beer you can find

We have 12 taps that serve beer from our brewery “bright tanks”. The beer goes directly from the onsite brewhouse to the fermenters, then to the bright tanks, and then from there directly into your glass. The beer that is poured into your glass from these tanks never has been kegged, bottled, or canned, Just poured fresh directly from the brewing tanks. You can’t get any fresher than that!

We brew beer styles from all over the world. We will never restrict our beer to any single style or region. We rotate over 30 different beers through our 10 bright tanks. We also have 2 additional taps dedicated to serving our house made sparkling hard coolers that are smooth as a wine cooler.

Designed for all weather-comfort, this cozy space features a retractable roof, plexiglass siding, multiple heaters, and a large fire pit allowing for comfortable outdoor dining during all seasons!

Our taproom features a modern, casual family-friendly atmosphere designed to bring our community together. Families and friends can gather to enjoy board games and fun in a comforting, casual, community- focused place.

Our kitchen focuses on a simple flavorful menu designed to pair perfectly with our craft beers and please everyone of all ages. We use only the freshest and highest quality of ingredients to create our unqiue offerings and classic brew pub favorites. Enjoy made-to-order Brick-Fired Neapolitan Pizzas, Brick-Fired Soft Pretzels, Air-Fried Wings, Gourmet All Beef Hotdogs and Brats, and plenty of snacks and sweets including Assorted Meat & Cheese Tray, Rootbeer Floats, Ice Cream Sundaes and more!
